Why do you want to be a tutor?
- I want to be a tutor because I enjoy working with students to build confidence so that they may effectively learn. I enjoy a high degree of satisfation in ensuring that a student understands a lesson plan.
Why should a student pick you?
- As a student, I remember the wonderful help that tutors gave me to achieve my educational goals. I feel that as a tutor, I can effectively reiterate what a student learns in the classroom and ensure that they recieve the important one-on-one training that they need. I am also very patient, and am very flexible with the learning styles of each student.
Personal Statement:
- I completed my Bachelors degree in English two years ago and I hope to be back in school Fall 2009 for a Masters degree in Student Affairs. I enjoy working in the field of education and hope to remain doing so for a long time.
