- Being outside in the sun doing anything active, especially soccer. I enjoy cooking for and spending time with friends as well.
Why do you want to be a tutor?
- I love finding new ways to uniquely transfer the knowledge of science and math to each individual student. I believe each student has their own lightbulb and I thrive on turning that light on, giving each student the 'aw haw!' moment. For this reason I am convinced that anyone has the tools to do well in math and physics. Look at me, I did it!!! :)
Why should a student pick you?
- Everyday I wake up and actively work on math and physics. These subjects are what I enjoy and love doing. My passion for these subjects translates in teaching them as well. Teaching something that I love will reflect in the devotion to the student.
I am a young and have an energetic presence. This helps transform being tutored into a fun experience.
Personal Statement:
- My undergraduate degree was in Engineering Physics and a minor in Applied Mathematics. I am currently working towards a masters in Physics in hopes to continue onto a PhD program in Physics Education.
